User Account Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using TickrAlert, you agree to be bound by this User Account Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use TickrAlert. By using this service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Description of Service
TickrAlert allows you to set alerts on publicly traded stocks based on price targets, percentage moves, volume spikes, and price breakouts. When an alert condition is met, you will receive a notification by email or, if you have provided a mobile number and are on an eligible plan, by SMS. Alerts are subject to market data availability and are provided for informational purposes only. Certain features are available on paid subscription plans only. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe and is subject to the plan terms displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Shared Alerts
You may choose to share an individual alert via a public link. When you do, the ticker, condition, and target price of that alert become visible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for any alerts you choose to share. You can remove the shared link at any time from your alerts page.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page. Upon cancellation, your paid plan access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan. All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.
7. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at tickralert@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms, misused the service, or engaged in any unlawful activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Not Financial Advice
TickrAlert is an informational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TickrAlert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Stock price data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data displayed or used to evaluate alerts. We are not liable for any losses, missed alerts, or damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on price data provided through the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
